We are a modern restaurant with a sense of history, a connection to near past as filtered through our memories and impressions. The flavors, music, design are not nostalgic, but rather reflective of a period that has been called the fabulous fifties: Age of innocence, youth and the defiant beginning and reign of rock n' roll.
